How many guests are allowed to stay?
A
The maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
The property is furnished with 10 single beds, arranged with two beds per room.
Kindly be advised that only registered guests are allowed on the premises.

Can infants stay as well?
A
Yes, infants are welcome. Children under the age of two are not counted towards the occupancy limit. Please note that we do not provide infant amenities such as baby beds.

Can minors stay without an adult?

We regret to inform you that unaccompanied minors are not allowed to stay.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
A
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Additional fees apply for late check-out.

How do I check in?

A tablet is available on-site for you to complete the check-in process.

How do I check out?
A
Please restore the room to its original condition, ensure all doors are locked, and complete the check-out process using the provided tablet.

About Payment

What are the payment methods?
A
Payment must be made in advance by credit card.

What are the cancellation fees?
A
A cancellation fee applies as follows: 20% from 20 days before the stay, 50% from 14 days, 70% from 7 days, and 100% from 2 days prior to the stay.

Can I get a receipt?

If you made your reservation through our official website, we can issue a receipt upon request.
About the Facility

How do I unlock the door?
A
An electronic key is used for access. The entrance code will be provided three days before your stay.

Is smoking permitted?
A
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is prohibited indoors. A designated smoking area is available on the outdoor terrace.

Is cleaning provided during multi-night stays?
A
Please note that no cleaning services are provided during your stay.

Can I store my luggage in advance?

Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage before your stay.

Are there restrictions on vehicle types?
A
The access road is narrow. Most standard passenger vehicles can pass, but please exercise caution depending on the type of your vehicle.

Is parking available?

Up to three vehicles can be parked on-site, depending on the type of vehicle.

What if I damage or soil something?
A
Please contact us via the inquiry form. Kindly note that additional charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage.
If damage is discovered during the inspection after check-out, charges may apply even if no prior report was made.

What happens if I leave something behind?
A
We can return lost items via cash-on-delivery shipping; however, please note that processing may take some time.
Please also be advised that we are generally unable to handle non-valuable items.

Are fireworks allowed?

We kindly ask that you refrain from using fireworks, as they may disturb neighboring residents.

Meals are not provided. Please bring your own or make use of nearby supermarkets or restaurants.

Seasonings are not provided. Please bring your own and remember to take them with you when you leave.

About Pets
Q
Can I bring my pet?
A
Guests are welcome to bring pets. A supplementary charge of ¥3,000 (excluding tax) will apply per small or medium-sized dog, and ¥5,000 (excluding tax) will apply per large dog.

Are pet amenities available?
A
Yes, we provide a collapsible pet playpen (octagonal, 200 cm in diameter and 100 cm in height), as well as food and water bowls.
Q
Are there any precautions regarding pets?
A
Please ensure that pets wear diapers when they are outside the playpen. We also ask that pets be kept on a leash at all times, including in the garden, due to the risk of escape.
Please note that we are not responsible in the event of an escape.
